This is amazing. I can’t help but notice some parallels with the relationship of generative energy bringing water to the land and the same for the fascia within the body. Obviously the physical mechanisms are completely different but the sensitivity to the interaction of elements within the system and how they can communicate with wider systems is similar and probably part of expanded complexity of life. For example, an unhealthy person may experience both swelling and tissue dehydration at the same time. However, with the right biochemical and mechanical influence (intentional micro movements, expanded proprioception, global tension normalizing exercise) the water in the body will shift to decrease swelling and increase bio tensegrity via water movement in the fascia. Anyway, just really loving what you’re doing and finding it so valuable. Thank you!

I like the analogy with the healing of the body... The Gaia hypothesis is a theory that the earth is an organism. Gaia theory was also called geophysiology in later years as it translated to more scientific language.
